- TIPS1：Keep the treadmill on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface. Do not use it on uneven, wet, or slippery floors. For first-time users, start with slow brisk walking to master the rhythm before attempting gentle jogging, and keep movements smooth and consistent.

Lean no more than 15° forward to prevent falls.
