This enhances the taste of the water while promoting better hydration and increases to 50-80 ppm after mineral addition.
- SIDE-TANK VS REAR-TANK WATER FILTER DIFFERENCES: The side-placed water tank allows for refill without moving the entire system away from the wall or cabinet. The transparent tank design provides visible water level indication, making it easier to monitor the remaining water volume. Traditional RO water filter countertop with rear-placed tanks require pulling the unit forward to access the tank for refilling and offer limited visibility of water levels.
- APARTMENT INSTALLATION COMPATIBILITY: The water filtration system measures 14" x 9.3" x 14.3" and requires 18 inches of vertical clearance. These dimensions allow placement under standard kitchen cabinets. No plumbing required—simply place on a countertop, fill the side-mounted water tank, and connect to a standard electrical outlet. - WATER PRODUCTION SPEED: No waiting for water. The 300 GPD reverse osmosis water filter produces approximately 4.4 ounces in 10 seconds under standard conditions (60 psi, 77°F)—fill an 8-ounce glass in 18 seconds. Most countertop RO systems only produce 50-75 GPD, taking over 1 minute to fill the same glass. Production rate varies with inlet pressure and water temperature.
- CONTAMINANT REDUCTION CAPABILITIES: The RO membrane features a 0.0001 μm pore size. The 6-stage filtration reduces TDS concentration by up to 99.88%. Measured reduction includes PFAS/PFOA/PFOS, lead, chlorine, nitrates, fluoride. Note: ALK post-filter adds essential minerals back, which may raise TDS levels. This is normal for remineralization. - FILTER REPLACEMENT FREQUENCY: Filter replacement is recommended every 6 months for PPC/ALK filters, every 9 months for RO filter. Actual filter life varies based on inlet water quality and maintenance frequency. The water purifier has indicator lights that display when each filter requires replacement.
- OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE MAINTENANCE: Daily: replace water in feed water tank with tap water. Monthly: run built-in Flushing function to flush system. Absence more than a week, empty tank and drain machine. Store in dry place, avoid sunlight. Absence over 3 months: drain, dry, and wrap the RO filter in plastic wrap before refrigerating (36-41℉), and replace PPC/ALK filters before reuse, as prolonged inactivity may affect water quality.
